Description

Pour desired qty into a clean Bowl, add Pepper, salt, vegetable oil and stir.

For Beanscake (Akara)

Heat oil for 5 mins or till tiny bubbles appear , then using a deep spoon, scoop and fry till golden brown on both sides then serve.

For Beans Pudding(Moi-Moi)

Pour stirred product into clean bowls and steam till well cooked. Serve with Ijebu garri, Pap or Custard.
